By accessing flightlinestudios.com (the "Site") or using any application published by Flightline Studios ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our products.
Flightline Studios is an independent developer of flight simulation utilities and add-ons, including Special Missions Dispatch Pro. "Flightline Studios" refers to the individual(s) operating under that name; if we later incorporate as a formal legal entity, this section will be updated to name it directly.

Applications published by Flightline Studios, including Special Missions Dispatch Pro, are licensed to you for use in accordance with the applicable app store's terms of service (e.g. the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions) and any additional terms presented within the app itself. Special Missions Dispatch Pro is an entertainment and training-adjacent simulation — it is not a certified aviation tool and must never be used for real-world flight planning, dispatch, or operational decisions.
The Flightline Studios name, logo, and all Site and product content are the property of Flightline Studios unless otherwise noted. You may not use our name or branding without written permission.
If our products include community features (e.g. a Discord server or in-app messaging), you agree to use them respectfully and not to harass other users, post unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service for others.
The Site and our products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site or our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flightline Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information our Site and products collect (in Special Missions Dispatch Pro's case, none) and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
